Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Searcho mobile application, website, or any related services (the "Platform"). By accessing or using Searcho, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Searcho" — the company operating the Platform.
  • "Customer" — a registered user of the mobile application.
  • "Agent" — a verified individual who registers customers and earns commissions.
  • "Content" — listings, photos, messages, and any material posted on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Searcho. By using the Platform, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • One individual may hold only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

4. For Customers — Buying & Selling

  • Searcho connects buyers and sellers — we are not a party to any transaction.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying the quality, condition, and legality of items you buy or sell.
  • Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and photos. Misleading listings will be removed.
  • Prices are set by sellers; Searcho does not fix or guarantee any price.
  • Transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.

5. For Agents

  • Agents must complete KYC verification before receiving commissions or making withdrawals.
  • Commissions are earned on customer recharges as per the current structure in the Agent Portal.
  • Searcho may modify commission rates with 7 days' notice.
  • Agents must not misrepresent Searcho or make unauthorised promises.
  • Fraudulent registrations (fake customers, self-referrals) will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending earnings.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 business days after admin approval.
  • An active subscription is required to access the Agent Portal.

6. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to post or transmit content that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or involves prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property). Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, logos, and technology are the property of Searcho. By posting content, you grant Searcho a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote it within the Platform.

8. Disclaimers

Searcho provides the Platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, or for any losses arising from transactions between users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Searcho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
