Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Searcho mobile application, website, or any related services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using Searcho, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “Searcho” — the company operating the Platform.
• “Customer” — a registered user of the mobile application or website.
• “Agent” — a verified individual who registers customers and earns commissions.
• “Content” — listings, showcases, photos, reviews, messages and any other material posted on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Searcho. By using the Platform, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your phone number and account credentials secure.
• You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited, and accounts may not be sold or transferred.

4. Buying and selling

• Searcho is a venue where buyers and sellers find each other — we are not a party to any transaction, and we do not hold funds for marketplace listings.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the quality, condition and legality of items you buy or sell. Inspect before you pay and use your judgement.
• Sellers must describe items accurately, including condition and faults, and use their own photos. Misleading listings will be removed.
• Prices are set by sellers; Searcho does not fix or guarantee any price.

5. For agents

• Agents must complete KYC verification before receiving commissions or withdrawing.
• Commissions are earned on customer recharges per the current structure shown in the Agent Portal.
• Searcho may modify commission rates with 7 days’ notice.
• Agents must not misrepresent Searcho or make unauthorised promises.
• Fraudulent registrations (fake customers, self-referrals) result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending earnings.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 business days after admin approval.
• An active subscription is required to access the Agent Portal.

6. Paid features

Wallet top-ups, advertising packages and membership plans are paid features. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Unless required by law, paid placements are non-refundable once a campaign has started running.

7. Prohibited content and conduct

You agree not to post or transmit content that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive or defamatory, or that involves prohibited items — weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, live animals, stolen property, or anything otherwise unlawful. Only post content you have the right to post. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or legal action.

8. Help & SOS features

The help features connect you with other users. They are not an emergency service. In an emergency, always call the official emergency numbers first.

9. Intellectual property

All Platform content, logos and technology are the property of Searcho. By posting content, you grant Searcho a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote it within the Platform.

10. Disclaimers

Searcho provides the Platform “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for the quality, safety or legality of items listed, or for any losses arising from transactions between users.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Searcho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
