Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Searcho Platform, including agent subscriptions, membership plans, and advertising packages. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Agent Subscriptions

Agents purchase monthly or yearly subscription plans to access the Agent Portal and its features.

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: If you have not used any agent features (no customers registered, no dashboard accessed), you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support.
  • After 24 hours: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan has been activated and portal access has been used.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails after being deducted from your account, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Plan Upgrades: There are no partial refunds for upgrading from a monthly to a yearly plan or vice versa during an active subscription period.

2. Advertising Packages

Advertisement packages purchased by customers to promote their listings or businesses.

  • Before ad goes live: If your advertisement has not yet been approved or published, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
  • After ad goes live: No refunds are available once an advertisement has been approved and published.
  • Rejected Ads: If your advertisement is rejected by our moderation team, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

3. Membership Plans (Customers)

In-app membership plans purchased by customers for premium features.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the plan has been activated.
  • If a technical error prevented you from accessing premium features during your paid period, please contact support within 7 days for a resolution or partial credit.

4. Agent Commissions & Wallet Balance

  • Agent commissions credited to the wallet are not refundable and may only be withdrawn to a verified bank account.
  • Commissions earned through fraudulent customer registrations will be reversed without refund.
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts.

5. Technical Issues & Service Disruptions

If a service disruption or technical issue on our end prevented you from using a paid feature during a billing period, we will issue a pro-rated credit to your account. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the disruption.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with the following details:

  • Your registered email address or phone number.
  • Transaction/payment reference number.
  • Reason for the refund request.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
